SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Epiphanies of EnlightMEnt®. We are committed to delivering your faith-inspired apparel and accessories in a timely and secure manner.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Epiphanies of EnlightMEnt® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
